The apartment ROSA is situated on the first floor of the farmhouse. It is reached by a wide stone staircase which opens onto a panoramic terrace leading into the apartment. The apartment has a living room with kitchen corner, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine floor with its own living room. It is furnished with all the equipment and accessories needed for up to 6+2 guests.
The first living room has a table and chairs, a dresser, a fireplace, a 40” colour TV, two windows, kitchen corner and a staircase to the mezzanine floor. (All bedrooms lead off living room 1.
The kitchen area is built in and has a four gas ring hob, a double sink, microwave oven, dishwashing machine and fridge.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two bedside table and a spacious wardrobe. There is an en suite bathroom and a panoramic window.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds or, alternatively, a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is a window with a view.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds or, alternatively, a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. There is a window with a view.
Bathroom 1 has a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet and WC and has a window.
The mezzanine floor houses the second living room made up of a 3-seater sofa bed, coffee table and desk.
There is an enchanting view of the Castle of Romena from the terrace which is furnished with table and chairs.
